eRanger is proud to have been awarded first place for its Rural Health Transport entry in Category 1 - Emerging business, Small business or Non-listed company, at the Pan African Health Awards for Innovation and Excellence 2006.
Another award eRanger is proud to be associated with is the entry by the Malawi government Motorcycle Ambulance project, Category 5: Public Sector Organisation – which was runner up in its category.
The awards are the most prestigious and sought after awards in the Pan African healthcare arena. The cornerstones of the 2006 Pan African Health Awards are innovation, excellence and sustainability and they celebrate and honour companies and organisations currently involved in healthcare initiatives within Africa, whose work exemplifies these qualities. Companies that are feasible, sustainable and can show demonstrable and evaluated outcomes.
The awards form part of Pan African Health congresses and were presented at a Gala dinner on 30th August 2006, day two of the congress. An esteemed Pan-African multi-disciplinary judging panel determined the outcome and the panel was made up of key industry figures from government, NGO’s, the public and private sector.
