Emergency Water unit

The Emergency water unit is a vehicle designed to reach remote regions carrying with it all the equipment necessary to turn a contaminated water supply into one that is fit for human consumption. Housed within the sidecar unit is a pump and filter system to remove particulates and an ultraviolet radiation system ensures the water is free from common disease-causing organisms. It is also capable of carrying sufficient hose length to reach inaccessible water supplies. Alternatively water can be passed through the system to clean it prior to consumption.

This unit is intended to be used for emergency use and can be replaced by a more permanent Community Oasis or other means of supply; for long-term needs or for medium-term needs a portable Oasis could be used.
